The program is targeted to those new to the Olympic and 70.3 distances or just looking to train with a great group, join a fantastic community and push yourself to that next level.

GROUP SESSIONS Various days throughout the week and a mix of AM or PM. The program will be given in advance so you can work your schedule around it

Entry
This program is open to members and non-members of Coogee Triathlon Club.
​
You will be amazed with how far you can come within 11 weeks! It is suggested that the minimum standards are met before registering of being able to swim 300m, bike 30km and run 8km non stop.
