The club's training activities change depending on the season. We offer free and paid sessions. Free sessions are run by club members with the paid sessions run by our partner coaches and trainers. All disciplines (swim, bike and run) are covered  by either club or paid coaching sessions.

Laps of Coogee Beach (600m-2km)

You must be able two swim 1km non stop to attend

All abilities welcome

Pace groups range from P5 development squad to P1 who sit at 45km/h for their intervals

Not a member but want to come meet the crew and try it out?

If you are thinking of joining and don't know where to start you can come down to any training session and meet the crew! We will be there to answer any questions you have and help you out along the way. Message us through the contact form if you would like to come to a few sessions to try it out before joining.

Once you join we will accept you to our private Facebook Group where we post all our sessions.
