*Our partner Turbo Studio runs 6 weeks training blocks leading up to races. The days of these sessions are per the above with most athletes completing these blocks doing just 1 session a week. More information regarding Turbo Studio sessions is posted on our closed Facebook group which all members can access.
**Our partner Bondi Fit runs squads 6 days a week (every day apart from Thursday), however the ones in the above schedule are promoted within Coogee Tri Club and there will always be a member from Coogee at these squads to meet anyone that is new.
***Our partner MC Cyclery have group rides every day of the week which Coogee members can join, however the ones in the above schedule are promoted within Coogee Tri Club.
